Community partners · for labels, artists and streamers

Your own editor &
clipper community.
Built around you.

You bring the audience and the releases, streams or shows. We create your Discord server, or fit our tools into the one you have, so your editors and clippers can take campaigns and bounties, get checked and get paid in a place you run. Every setup is scoped with you and quoted individually.

Today: music edits and clips on TikTok, paid per view or per post. Built on the infrastructure TrackBounty runs for itself and its associated communities.

Two ways to start.

We create a new Discord server for your community, or we add our structure, roles and bot to the one you already run. Pick yours: the page follows it, and so does the enquiry.

Where do you start?

Starting from scratch: We create Halftone Edits for Halftone Records: the channels, the roles and the bot below. Your team runs it from the first day.

Already have a server: Halftone Records keeps its server. We add the channels, roles and bot beside what is already there; nobody is moved and nothing of yours is changed.

Filled: sees and acts · half: reads · empty: no access. From scratch: Members arrive through your invite and start in #start-here.Existing server: Your own channels stay as they are, for everyone, as before.

Where it starts. Roles decide who sees what; the channels decide where the work happens. Niches such as Music, Anime or Gaming are tags members pick when they register; each can map to a role, so a campaign pings exactly the people it is for.

Scope
Configured for youCreating the server, or adding to yours, is the work we scope with you. Channels, roles, niches and who approves are chosen per server.

Halftone Records is a fictional label and Halftone Edits a fictional server; handles are anonymised and every count is illustrative. The labels on this page: Runs today is running for every project or editor on TrackBounty; Configured for you is chosen per server; Adapted for you was built once for an associated community and is fitted to your server as part of the work; Scoped with you is bespoke work, quoted before anything is built.

One campaign. Three seats.

The same campaign, Summer single · edits, and the same submission from @member_07, seen from your team's seat, the reviewer's seat and a member's. Each seat sees what it needs and nothing more.

Scope
Runs todayAdapted for youOn TrackBounty's platform every editor gets this today: a wallet in US dollars, and every withdrawal reviewed before it is sent. The same flows inside your server were built for an associated community and are adapted for you.

One submission, three seats: the member posts it, the reviewer holds it, your team sees it in the figures and decides. Members can connect more than one account; each is verified on its own with the bio code, campaign caps apply per account, and duplicate-account checks run across them.

Growth, money and intelligence, in depth.

Three parts of the service a catch-all row cannot show. Each one says what runs today, what is adapted for you and what is scoped with you.

More of the right members.

Recruiting works from two sides: TrackBounty recommends editors whose work fits your sound, and your own members bring the next ones.

Runs today
Editor matching over TrackBounty's base; a share link per campaign for your own channels, which shows the brief and never the budget.
Configured for you
Campaign pings to exactly the niche role a brief is for; welcome and approval messages, on or off per server.
Adapted for you
A referral programme inside your server: members invite, invites are tracked, rewards are yours to set.
Scoped with you
Growth support as a service: what we run for you and what your team runs is agreed in scope. We never promise member counts or results.

Ask your server who fits.

An assistant answers your admins in one channel, from read-only views. Content DNA profiles every verified member; matching and the brief checks use it.

Runs today
Content DNA, editor matching and the brief checks, for every member and bounty on TrackBounty.
Adapted for you
The assistant in your server; drops of several sounds with one leaderboard; a dashboard for your team.
Scoped with you
Custom tools and a connection to what you already use, quoted individually.
Boundary
The assistant reads, never acts: not on your server, not on your money. Provider keys stay with TrackBounty.

What you control. What we handle. What we agree.

The split is the same whether we create your server or add to it; the third column is settled when we scope your project.

You control

  • Your server, its culture and its rules.
  • Who joins, and who approves them.
  • The briefs, budgets, rates and caps of every campaign.
  • What your members see, and what stays team-only.
  • Your team's roles and who holds the admin role.

We handle

  • The setup you asked for, scoped and quoted first.
  • The account verification: the TikTok link and the bio code, for every account a member connects.
  • The checks on every video: the brief, the reach, the signals that put a video on hold.
  • The reporting your team reads, and the profiles that match members to campaigns.
  • The bot, the dashboard, the assistant and the infrastructure, kept running.

Agreed in scope

  • Whether your mods or our reviewers approve members and decide the holds.
  • Who holds the budget and who sends payments.
  • Which growth support, dashboards, workflows and integrations you need.
  • What is not part of it: platforms beyond TikTok today, a custom domain, a server without the TrackBounty name.

Questions partners ask.

Who is this for?
Record labels, independent artists and streamers who want a community of editors and clippers of their own, around their releases, streams or shows.
Do we need our own Discord server?
No. We create one for you, or we fit the tools into the one you have. Either way your team runs it.
Who approves our members and reviews their videos?
Your mods can, in your own channels; TrackBounty's reviewers can, if you prefer. The checks on each account and each video run by themselves either way, and a person decides what is held.
Can members connect more than one account?
Yes. Each account is verified on its own with the bio code, campaign caps apply per account, and duplicate-account checks run across them. TikTok today.
What does the assistant see and do?
It answers your admins in one channel, from read-only views of your members and campaigns. It never acts on your server or your money. It was built for an associated community and is adapted for yours as part of the work.
Who pays the editors?
That depends on the scope we agree. On TrackBounty's platform, editors are paid into a wallet in US dollars and every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent; inside your own setup, who holds the budget and who sends payments is part of the quote.
What does it cost?
Every setup is quoted individually after we discuss requirements. Nothing is set up or charged until you agree.
How long does it take?
It depends on what you need. We tell you once we know, not before.
Which communities already work with TrackBounty?
We do not publish who our partners are. Public figures that include them say “TrackBounty and associated communities”.
