What this is
After Dark by Mr.Kitty.
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes
to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no
release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording
as any particular release.
What we measured
In the 300 most recent public TikTok
videos we reviewed on 28 July 2026,
we counted 262 different accounts
and 554,361,200 combined views at the time we
looked.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a
single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction
Focus on high-quality syncs. The beat drop is your best friend.
Looks like a fit for: Anime editors, gym enthusiasts, and aesthetic content creators.
✓ Sync the beat drop to a character transformation or a heavy lift.
✓ Use high-contrast, dark-toned filters to match the track's vibe.
✓ Include a text overlay that captures a 'longing' or 'philosophical' mood.
✓ Keep the edit under 15 seconds for maximum replayability.
✗ Don't use bright, saturated colors; keep it moody.
✗ Don't let the audio play without a visual transition at the drop.
✗ Don't use generic, low-effort slideshows without a clear narrative.
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no
claim about which will perform better.
