TikTok metadata TikTok sound ↗
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 16 July 2026, we counted 259 different accounts and 53,006,267 combined views at the time we looked.
One account, @theadambank, accounted for about 26.0% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it raw and aggressive. Focus on the beat drop.
Looks like a fit for: GymTok creators and high-energy rap editors
✓ Sync your biggest lift to the beat drop at 0:14
✓ Use a high-contrast, gritty filter for the edit
✓ Include text overlay with your current PR or goal
✓ Use a fast-paced transition between sets
✗ Don't use the sound past the 30s mark; keep it punchy
✗ Don't use soft or bright lighting; keep the aesthetic raw
✗ Don't talk over the audio; let the track carry the energy
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
