What this is

Brutal Mog by Fred Burn.

The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 299 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 6 August 2026, we counted 180 different accounts and 6,141,261 combined views at the time we looked.

One account, @1rxcz, accounted for about 52.3% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.

These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Use the spoken word hook to build tension, then drop the visual flex on the beat.

Looks like a fit for: Gym-goers, fashion creators, and high-skill editors

• Do: Sync your primary visual transition to the beat drop at 0:14
• Do: Use text overlay to highlight the 'hard work' aspect of your flex
• Do: Keep the video under 15 seconds for maximum loopability
• Do: Use a high-contrast filter to emphasize the 'aura' aesthetic
• Avoid: Don't use the sound past the 20s mark; the hook is the most viral part
• Avoid: Don't use low-quality, blurry footage; this trend relies on 'aesthetic' visuals
• Avoid: Don't ignore the lyrics; the content must match the theme of dedication
