TikTok metadata TikTok sound ↗
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 30 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 31 July 2026, we counted 20 different accounts and 124,857 combined views at the time we looked.
One account, @_mma.legends, accounted for about 73.0% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Focus on the 'new me' lyric—show a transition from a low point to a high point.
Looks like a fit for: Editors and gym-goers who value the 'grind' aesthetic.
✓ Sync the first heavy bass hit to a major visual transition.
✓ Use high-contrast, moody color grading.
✓ Include text overlays that reflect the 'growth/betrayal' lyrical themes.
✓ Keep the edit under 15 seconds for maximum replayability.
✗ Don't use bright, saturated filters; keep it dark and gritty.
✗ Don't let the audio play past the 30s mark; the hook is the most viral part.
✗ Don't use generic stock footage; use high-quality cinematic or sports clips.
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
