TikTok metadata TikTok sound ↗
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 79 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 17 August 2026, we counted 63 different accounts and 111,223 combined views at the time we looked.
One account, @vannarainelle, accounted for about 70.9% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it raw. Use the hook to confess a 'bad' habit or a toxic relationship choice.
Looks like a fit for: Gen Z creators who love moody, aesthetic, and relatable content.
✓ Use the hook moment (0:00-0:15) for your lip sync.
✓ Add text overlay that calls out a specific 'bad' decision.
✓ Use a moody, low-light filter to match the dark R&B vibe.
✓ Cut to the beat if you're doing a character edit.
✗ Don't use bright, high-exposure lighting; it kills the mood.
✗ Don't talk over the audio; let the lyrics do the work.
✗ Don't use the sound for upbeat dance challenges; it feels off-brand.
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
