What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 16 July 2026, we counted 281 different accounts and 308,087,800 combined views at the time we looked.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Keep it raw. No heavy filters. Use the sound to underscore a moment of personal realization or quiet peace.
Looks like a fit for: Creators who post raw, unedited life updates or aesthetic journal content.
✓ Use the sound for a 'day in the life' of your healing journey
✓ Overlay handwritten notes about a lesson you learned recently
✓ Film a 15-second clip of a quiet, beautiful moment in your room
✓ Use the text-overlay to share a 'real' thought you've been holding back
✗ Don't use high-energy transitions; keep the cuts slow and intentional
✗ Don't use the sound for comedy or high-tempo dance content
✗ Don't hide your face; the connection is in the vulnerability
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
