What this is
Never Not by Lauv.
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes
to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no
release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording
as any particular release.
What we measured
In the 300 most recent public TikTok
videos we reviewed on 24 August 2026,
we counted 270 different accounts

Creative direction
Focus on the 'longing' hook. Use the track to soundtrack your most aesthetic, nostalgic, or romantic clips.
Looks like a fit for: K-pop fan editors and emotional POV creators
✓ Sync your cuts to the vocal phrasing in the chorus
✓ Use high-quality, soft-focus footage for a dreamy aesthetic
✓ Include a text overlay that captures a specific, relatable feeling of missing someone
✓ Use the 'Never Not' hook as the primary audio anchor
✗ Don't use high-energy, fast-paced transitions that clash with the song's melancholic tempo
✗ Don't ignore the 'longing' theme; keep the mood soft and sentimental
✗ Don't use the sound for comedy or 'fail' videos as it breaks the established emotional brand of the track
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no
claim about which will perform better.
