TikTok metadata TikTok sound ↗
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 271 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 17 August 2026, we counted 112 different accounts and 4,669,607 combined views at the time we looked.
One account, @wa_one0808, accounted for about 37.9% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Use the track to tell a story about a connection that changed or faded.
Looks like a fit for: Editors and aesthetic-focused creators
✓ Sync the 'strangers' lyric to a transition between two different locations.
✓ Use a high-contrast, slightly grainy filter for that raw aesthetic.
✓ Include a text overlay that poses a question about a past relationship.
✓ Cut to the beat during the chorus for maximum emotional impact.
✗ Don't use high-energy, fast-paced dance moves; it clashes with the song's mood.
✗ Don't use the sound past the 30s mark; keep it punchy and focused on the hook.
✗ Don't use bright, over-saturated lighting; keep the color grade moody and cool.
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
