TikTok metadata TikTok sound ↗
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release.

What we measured

In the 62 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 6 August 2026, we counted 57 different accounts and 180,589 combined views at the time we looked.
One account, @iamavagracee, accounted for about 50.4% of the views in that sample, so the total is not spread evenly.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Don't overthink it. Just film a face cam video of you lip-syncing the hook when you're feeling the most frustrated.
Looks like a fit for: Gen Z creators who love raw, unfiltered emotional content.
✓ Use the hook moment (0:15-0:25) for your most intense lip-sync.
✓ Add text overlay describing a specific 'toxic' trait of an ex.
✓ Keep the production raw—no heavy filters or studio lighting.
✓ Stitch other creators who are sharing their own breakup stories.
✗ Don't use professional lighting; keep it casual/vlog style.
✗ Don't cut the audio before the 'fucking hate you' line; that's the hook.
✗ Don't make it a dance challenge; keep the focus on the facial expression.
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
