TikTok metadata TikTok sound ↗
The title and artist above are the ones TikTok stored for this sound, and the link goes to that sound on TikTok. We have not matched them to a music catalogue, so we publish no release date and no catalogue identifier, and we do not claim this is the same recording as any particular release. TikTok labels this sound as the Slowed version; a different version of the same song is a different sound with its own page.

What we measured

In the 300 most recent public TikTok videos we reviewed on 22 July 2026, we counted 222 different accounts and 638,496,100 combined views at the time we looked.
These figures describe that one dated sample, not the sound's total use. We do not know from a single sample whether use of this sound is rising or falling, and we do not say that it is.

Creative direction

Use the vocal hook to anchor your most emotional or high-energy footage.
Looks like a fit for: Football editors and motivational lifestyle creators
✓ Sync the first beat drop to a major visual transition
✓ Use high-contrast text overlays for emotional storytelling
✓ Keep the edit under 15 seconds for maximum loopability
✓ Use slow-motion for the first 5 seconds to build tension
✗ Don't use the sound past the 20s mark as the energy plateaus
✗ Don't use low-quality, blurry footage for the main hook
✗ Don't ignore the lyrics; the text must match the 'hold on' theme
Suggestions our AI drew from the videos it reviewed. They are ideas, not rules, and we make no claim about which will perform better.
